PRIX FIXE MENU  $50.00 per person.

First Course:

ROOT VEGETABLE BISQUE  
 

Second Course:

ORGANIC ROASTED PEAR  

   with Estrella Family Creamery Reposee cheese

   wrapped in bay leaves and juniper berries,

   seasonal greens and thyme verjus.

   (vegan & available gluten free)

 

Third Course Choices:

FARRO CAKES

   Bluebird Grain Farm farro, roasted squash,

   mashed potatoes with roasted garlic sage gravy,

   green beans, caramelized shallots

   and cranberry-persimmon chutney.

   (vegan & available gluten free)

or

WILD PORCINI PUFF PASTRY  

   with corn and yams, in brown butter-toasted pecan sauce,

   red cabbage, green beans and caramelized shallots.

 

Fourth Course:

FENNEL SALAD

   Shaved fennel and celery root

   over a mix of organic arugula and frisee

   in a horseradish cream dressing.

   (available vegan)

 

Fifth Course Choices:

CHOCOLATE TART

   Shortbread crust, chocolate filling,

   warm chocolate sauce and cranberry reduction.

APPLE CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING
   with Morovian sugar cake

   and a Rockridge Orchard hard cider sabayon.
